Global Renaissance & Engineering has partnered with Walker Miller Energy Services to provide Energy Audit Services.
Our Services Include the Following:
Step 1. Free Utility Bill Analysis & Recovery*
The first step of our program is an offer to analyze a client's utility bill. The monthly bill is reviewed to verify average annual energy expenditures for utility services, including electric, water, and gas. During the analysis, we identify obvious billing errors (taxes, chronic late fees, tariff, power factor penalties, etc) that the client may have missed.
Step 2. Building Energy Assessment.
We will prepare a report summarizing the results of the utility bill audit and the findings of the energy audit, including recommendations for energy improvements.
Step 3. Energy Audit Report
We will prepare a report summarizing the results of the utility bill audit and the findings of the energy audit, including recommendations for energy improvements. The Energy Audit Report will clearly document how the building is using energy and what it costs. It will rank the most expensive systems in the building, and gives guidance on the conservation opportunities. These opportunities indicate the cost of upgrading and replacing the system, and more importantly, the projected saving$generated by taking these actions.
Step 4 Report Review and Follow-Up
After the Energy Audit Report, we will meet with the client and discuss the energy conservation options, investment costs and payback periods. The recommendations are put in sequence, based on the recommendations of Certified Energy Managers.
Step 5 Energy Management Plan
We will generate an Energy Management Plan to assist the client in operating their system. The plan will offer tips on how to minimize energy expenditures in the building as it exists.
Training
We will train the building owner/manager and occupants on basic energy efficiency principals.
On-Going Efficiency Verification
For up to 5 years after any upgrades and based upon the owner's requirements, we are available to monitor energy expenditures and troubleshoot any issues with upgrades. This is done on a quarterly basis.
Carbon Credit Documentation
We can provide quarterly reports documentation the amount of carbon a facility has averted by making investments in efficiency.
